WHO WE ARE
Established in 2014, Charm City Puppets is a design studio located in eclectic southeast Baltimore City. We produce original creature and prop creations for a range of clientele, and offer a variety of workshop intensives and design classes.

THE TEAM

Tiffany Lange, Creative Director
Tiffany is a puppet and creature creator, designer, and medical illustrator who loves developing smart creative with a whimsical touch.

Molly Ritchie, Designer
Molly is a cat-lady, book-worm, sky-watcher, and branding professional turned artist. She considers herself a jack of all trades, driven by curiosity and a desire to be constantly learning. She is often inspired by the people and places around her and loves using materials and media on hand to create something new.

Alice Gadzinski, Designer
In Memory of Alice
Alice worked and thought in terms of props and sets, arriving at sculpture through years of dance and a BFA in photography. She credited much of her artistic vision to her time as a prop and backdrop designer and builder at a photography studio in Northern Michigan. Discovering puppetry was a natural evolution of her work—an extension of her fascination with movement, material, and storytelling.
A graduate of MICA and the Rinehart School of Sculpture, Alice began her residency at the Creative Alliance, where she worked on Blue Poodle, a collaboration with Charm City Puppets and other performers in the Baltimore community. Her creativity, warmth, and boundless imagination continue to inspire all who knew her.
